Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is collected on this site, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
Information we collect
When you submit a form. We collect what you provide: name, email address, phone number, city, and your project details (kitchen size, renovation type, budget, timeline, message). This is used only to respond to your request and connect you with contractors. It is sent by email through Resend and held in our Cloudflare infrastructure.
When you consent to analytics. If, and only if, you accept the consent banner, we use Microsoft Clarity. It records your session: pages viewed, clicks, mouse movement, scrolling, device type and browser. It exists to show us what is not working on the site. If you decline, the tool is never loaded and no data is sent.
We use no advertising tools, no social media pixels, and we neither sell nor rent your information.
Why we collect it

Consent
Analytics are enabled only after your explicit consent. You may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the button at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.
Retention and hosting
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the commercial follow-up arising from it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email is delivered through Resend. Microsoft Clarity processes browsing data. These providers may process or store information outside Quebec, including in the United States.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected if inaccurate, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. To exercise any of these, write to the address below; we respond within the 30 days the law provides.
Confidentiality incidents
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
